Mila Silver's ear climbers follow the shape of the ear. You attach the ear climber like a regular earring and then clamp the hoop with the small ear cuff ring at the top of the ear.

Put the ear cuff on the narrowest part of the ear.
 When you put on an ear cuff, you do it at the narrowest point of the ear, usually in the middle.
Pull your ear out so the ear cuff goes on more easily; there should be a little resistance when you put it on.
Place the ear cuff where you want to wear it. If it is a thin ear cuff, you can often squeeze it together when it is on your ear.
